Terms and Conditions 

​Upon receipt of an agreed reference photo the customer will receive a quote for work to be carried out. Reference photo's will be taken by the artist or the customer. Professional photo's cannot be used without written permission due to copyright law. The customer will be given an estimated time for completion. The customer will have read the terms and conditions and signed to confirm commencement of work.

We will agree together the layout, size and reference photo to be used for the portrait. A 50% non refundable deposit will be be paid by the customer at this point.

The customer will be given regular updates on progress and any minor adjustments to the portrait will be discussed and carried out when and where possible.

If the customer's circumstances change the portrait can be put back to a future date. A regular payment scheme can be discussed where necessary. The finished artwork remains the copyright property of the artist. Copies and amendments of the work is therefore prohibited and illegal without permission from the artist.
