I use the surface Calirefontane Pastel Mat using highly lightfast pencils which maintain their vibrancy, however it is reconmended to position your picture out of direct sunlight. Professional framing is also reconmended, however if choosing to mount and frame yourself, please use mount and tape that is acid free to prevent any staining of the picture over time.
Updates and images will be forwarded to you throughout the process of the commision to ensure you are happy with the progress and any small changes can be made if possible. Upon completion and after the balance of the payment is recieved, your portrait will be posted out via special delivery. Because each portrait is unique and personal to the customer it will be agreed that you are happy with the drawing before it is shipped, however if for any reason you are unhappy once you recieve it then you will be asked to return it at your nearest convienience and at your own expense. In which instance you will recieve a full or partial refund depending on the reason for your return.
